Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood, Claanad and The Future Diary are the three anime that I believe everybody should see, and are my 3 all-time favourites.

All of which are 25 episodes or more, so it's a pain in the ass convincing anybody to watch them.

The Devil is a Part Timer gets an hounorable mention, and it's only 13 episodes.
