That looks cool, but it isn't what i'm looking for.

I'll see what Photoscape is, and Flash seems so confusing XD

Theres sothink swf quicker wich is realy easy to use if u want i will get the link for that
theres also macromedia flash mx 2004 wish is also very easy
Theres also pivot u can do stick man animations, and sprite animations on
It takes a while but the results are awesome! lol
so if you need help with anything just ask ^.^
