Sonic 1 and 2 Christian Whitehead remakes not on PC

I love the phone remakes of Sonic 1 and 2 but their's just one bad thing about the remakes why aren't they on steam or something they did it for Sonic CD so why can't they just do it if they can do it for Sonic CD they can do it for Sonic 1 and 2
