Weirdest BSOD

We've seen the legendary Blue screen of death kill us,delete our files,and be the result of Windows 98 revalations.
Where have you seen it besides computers?
I've seen it in a pizza parlor racing game.

ive seen it while i as playing streetfighter but i dont hink it was blue and i broke the game =/

i've only seen it as some1s desktop bg, and they had it wired up to a projector, so, does seeing it on the wall count?

I've seen it at an old arcade I wen to one time. Donkey kong jr. gave the blue screen once you passed the first lvl.
