Microsoft said that they're working on one :) They said it'll be like the PSP, iPod Touch, and Nintendo DSi put into one handheld bundle of awesomeness. Well, they didn't say the it'd be one handheld bundle of awesomeness. Maybe it'll be unveiled at E3 this year! Probably as their main unveiling

i don't believe an xbox hand held would be good
it would probably be very heavy
