It's a G-rated petsite, yes, but it's still pretty fun.  I spend most of my time there on the chat anyway, which is PG rated.  xD

Meaning you can't use sexual jokes or many curse words (damn and hell are about it, and you can only use those on the IRC chat.  You can't even use "suck" or "crap" on the main site, so yeah)
But the owner, Jared, is pretty cool.

It's not really about anything.
I mean, you take care of your virtual pets.  And there's fun events on the site sometimes.
And criminals are about to come back.  <3
That's a fun game where you "chase" a criminal around the site and try to get it.  rofl
The chat is one of the most used parts of the site lol.

Just don't be a dumbass like Jet and go in there cussing everyone out, getting banned.  >_>
