Ugh, for one, I have an old Alltel phone, right?
Well, since it works with the new service, you aren't giving us free upgrades. Bullshit.
If you offer some old Alltel users free upgrades, they should offer ALL Alltel users free upgrades.
Secondly, your "most coverage in America" shit is really getting tiring. I can't walk five fucking steps without losing my service. I'll have in it one place, then I will literally sidestep, and have no more service. What the FUCK. Fix your fucking towers or something, sheesh.
Third, fuck you and your contracts. I got a phone last May, and it was a two year contract. That means that in May, 2010, I should get a contract update from you, right? Ohh, but no. You and your fucking "let's suck all the Alltel users in, then charge them two or three hundred dollars PER PHONE to back out of the contract" shit is really pissing me off. That's right. We have like four people on one contract. That means it would cost us around one thousand dollars to back out of your Verizon shit, not to mention the costs of getting another plan and paying for phones. And guess what else your AMAZING service has done?
I can't get and upgrade for another FUCKING YEAR. THAT'S RIGHT. NOT. UNTIL. NEXT. NOVEMBER.
