I need extra help on making sonic 2 mod.

I really need some help in making a mod. I am only good @ level design. I really need some one who is really good @ hex. And knows how to edit sprites, well, how to get sprites from the rom like enemy sprites that arent included in Sonik Sprite. if anyone will join my team i will give most of the credit to them. i just want the game to come to life.
