Even after tanking lives so that I have 9 lives.  >.>

Of course, it doesn't help that he's cheap as fuck.
He's like...KH2's Serphiroth.  The optional boss that you really wanna beat cause you get cool shit, but he's so fucking cheap that it's not worth it (not to mention the fact that he has multiple life bars like Sephiroth  >.>).
I mean seriously.
I attack him once and he heals like 8493890 times.

Ya he was a pain in the butt to beat. >.< In Megaman Zero 3, you HAD to fight him in the last stage right after two boss battles without rest. @_@
When I found him again in ZX I though I was ready for him this time since I fought him before, but they just HAD to give him that 7-hit attack and make that light tower attack heal him every time he used it. >.<
Unless your REALYY good at douging his attacks, bring full E-tanks when you fight him, your going to use them a lot in that battle if you get hit a lot.

After I beat him, I was like "holy fuck was it really that easy?"

I used the ZX Buster (most of all) and Saber (not as much but it still saved my ass), charged buster attacks, spinning/jump saber attacks, and one Subtank.  xD
