My theory:
I'm DRACO from another universe. I think around the time of DRACO'S birth, there was a rip in the fabric of time and space, and I, meaning to be born in another universe was sucked through that rip during conception which caused me to come out later and retarded. xD

Nah...too farfetche'd...right?
