Does Anyone Happen To Know About DS Homebrew...?

I want to be able access homebrew applications off my DS (using an r4 card, of course), but I'm having slight troubles with starting.  I have absolutely no homebrew skills, but whatever, I can learn.  xD

I really want to do this, cause it's possible to use your DS as a wireless controller for the computer, similar to a gamepad, and I can't use the keyboard to play games...I just can't.  I can't tell you how many times I eff up on Pokemon Snap cause I can't remember by joystick settings...xD (My mom really doesn't like the idea of me spending 20-25 bucks to get a decent gamepad or an xbox controller  >.>).  But there's other reasons that I want to get homebrew; it's got tons of cool applications.  Soo yeah.  :3



BTW; Rune Factory confuses the hell outta me.  Got that game, along with Phantasy Star 0, Lunar Knights, Ragnarok DS, and Avalon Code today.  :3
