America: 16th of november
Europe: 12th of november

But for the most games and systems is it sadly true that japanese get first, america 2nd, and europe sadly last.

I do believe America has gotten SOME stuff first. I think Sonic Unleashed was out for the US first. Anyways, the 3ds looks cool and I hope it isn't a sucky system.
