Two things.

First, that website hosts illegal fansubs and hosts dubs without permission.

Second, IF PEOPLE DON'T PAY FOR ANIME IT WILL GO AWAY. The anime industry is DEEP in the red right now around the globe, especially Japan. If you like anime, pay for it.
