No, its not right in America's standards
In Jamaica, its ok(but ppl rather you didn't) to go nude as long as you're in you're own home

...Tho, I still don't understand why a 35 yrs old perv would even consider in looking at child pornography!!! I mean, what would a man even see in a little 4 year old girl, or in that matter a child PERIOD!

Next thing ya know, you'll be finding a website dedicated to month old babies posing nude for the carmera, with an 35 yrs old perv in the background jacking his meat vigorously in a corner with the light blinking. EWWWWW!!!!!

Legally, in the United States, you are minor until you are 18, although you can still be treated as a minor under certain conditions until you are 21.

Legally, I am a minor still since I still live with my parents and I am a full-time student.

However, age restrictions aren't dependent on that. So, here's how it works for porn: if you are under 18, it is illegal to be in or access it. It is also illegal to expose a child to porn or to feature them in porn. That doesn't just apply to adults, either. There's been at least one time where a kid was tried as an adult for sexting pictures of an underage girl even though he was also underage. (I'm pretty sure the sentence was reduced, but it set precedent for future cases.)

If you're old enough to be drafted and shipped off to war where you could die, you should be old enough to smoke or drink.

Children, unless brought up in certain circumstances, shouldn't even be bothered with porn anyways. I agree, what we can't do we want to do. I came upon porn at the age of ten because I read a pornographic novel without knowing what it was, and I've been a pervy lil freak since.
