Long Story:
So I downloaded Steam despite my absolute HATRED for the horrid program so that I could download the free TF2 and try it out. Well after waiting from about 3:00am to 9:00am for everything to download I finally got it ready and tried playing only to get the familiar error of not being able to create a D3D device. After digging apart the internet the game decided to troll me and let the game start loading but after only a few minutes of loading my ENTIRE COMPUTER CRASHED. So fed up with all the bullshit I decided to just copy the maps into Gmod and entertain myself with those. After uninstalling Steam I realized I should have copied all the TF2 files somewhere because they went with it, but whatever, I had the maps right? Wrong. Turns out I copied the wrong files so after trying about 7-8 hours to get this PoS working I came up fruitless. Could anyone here spare the maps AT VERY LEAST for poor ol' jkid?

Long Story Short:
Could someone please upload the maps (or entire game) of Team Fortress Two? I'll give you karma.

Verify game cache and that should work.
Goto your library and right click on Team Fortress 2 and look for Verify Game Cache.

If something is wrong, hopefully it'll detect you are missing maps and it'll only redownload what is missing.
My map folder is like 2.83 GB, it'd do it but it's like a 6 hour upload.
Or...
Try like on GameBanana/FPSBanana (same site with different names) for a default TF2 map folder.

I already uninstalled both, Steam and TF2...I can't really do anything but re-download it, can I? >.<

Just for the maps!? O.o No wonder it took me so long.
And thanks for the site. I'll look there later. :3

If you have not already uninstalled it...
DELETE YOUR MAPS FOLDER and launch TF2, as it is preparing to launch it will redownload the maps.

Any custom maps you already downloaded will be lost but it should be worth the benefit.
