What Operating System(s) do you run?

I still think XP is the best OS (for me), for a couple of reasons. For one, I have sensitive eyes and for some reason I can never get Windows 7 to get past a 60Hz screen refresh rate. On Windows XP, I can get up to 120Hz. Secondly, I love the bright, pretty Windows XP 'Luna' theme. Lastly, it just seems to run better than 7 in general for me. I do not have a low-end PC. What do the rest of you think? It seems like I am one of the very few people who still loves Windows XP, and I don't see that changing anytime soon. I run Windows XP and 7 on my desktop, and 7 on my laptop (only because I can't get XP on it). LONG LIVE, WINDOWS XP!

Windows 7 is still a great OS in my opinion but Windows XP follows close behind (better than Vista).

I miss my Windows XP and it's glory.
God I got 7 when it first came out, and NOTHING was compatible with it (I got one of the first computers with 7 preloaded onto it)

I still, to this day, use 7, and if I didn't have the home edition, I'd run the dual OS and put XP on it.

I run a dual-boot with windows XP and windows 2000. I have 2000 incase something goes wrong with XP.

I use Vista on my current PC, and it runs perfectly well. I have had 7 in the past and it's fantastic. I am one of those people who'll never really look back.


There is however one thing I must say. LINUX FTW!

I've only ever used Vista and XP and I've gotta say I love Vista. XP just seems..."old"...to me. Plus I've never really had the compatibility issues you guys talk about.

I'd say 90% or more of my PC's in my school run Windows XP still.
