Now is it supposed to represent the long awkward periods of silence on the chat?
If so, I think maybe editing the mouth closed and adding some stitches to her mouth, making it look like it's sewn shut.

Oh and for a name?
All the ponies have strange names so...

Draw it a nice little hooded cloak and give it Sonic spines, therefore it would obviously represent Sonic, muteness and death. Sonic Chat Death.

It's a recolor because I fail at drawing even more than Photoshop. It's more of a proof of concept than a final design. I'd really like it if someone else gave drawing it a shot.

The mouth being sewn closed is great! XD And, yeah, I guess that's what it represents. I just kinda did it on a whim and stuck it in the very dead chat last night.
