First off, I'd like to state that I made this topic, out of pretty much pure boredm. So let's begin.

1st on the List:

Hell yes.

This is defenitley going to be one of THE BEST Wii games ever created.

Those graphics....so....freaking...amazing.....

So yes, they're  definitely not the near-realistic looking graphics that Twilight Princess possess. But, I must say, Skyward Sword's cel-shaded graphics look absolutely amazing.

Aside from the very well touched-up graphics, you now actually wield the legendary Master Sword. The Wii Remote, is your sword. The game takes full advantage of the Wii Motion Plus accessory, and it works beautifully. So after getting used to the new controls, I bet you the legions upon legions of Zelda fans, will murder this game (murder in a good meaning). This (aside from TP) will be my first official Zelda game. I've played Ocarina of Time on Project 64, so technically that doesn't count.

I have some seriously high-hopes for this game. It's been delayed for years now, but now it's finally coming ashore. This, is just another reason, why the Wii is one-epic-gaming console. =3

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now we go from the hardcore, to the soft-core.

If you're already a Wii owner, you should be familair with Nintendo's hit game Wii Sports Resort. It was a very good sequel to the original Wii Sports, but fell short in one major area: free-roaming.

But, with the new sequel being developed by Bandai-Namco (same company who developed the DBZ series on the Wii) not only allows you to free-roam around the brand new Kawaii Island on foot, but you can hop on a horse, take an ATV, grab a skateboard or a pair of roller-blades and get going! It's practically a non-violent version of GTA. And the game I'm talking about is none other than:

Now go ahead, do a facepalm.

It may seem like a childish, peace of shovelware. But I tell ya, I am teeming with joy for this game. Watch the latest trailer, and see if that changes your mind:

Yeeah, I love it. This is one of the few games that use EVERY Wii accessory in the arsenal. Wii Motion Plus, Wii Wheel, Wii Zapper, and the Wii Balance Board.

This is defenitley a game that I'm more than prepared to get.

So there you have it, leave a comment, I'd love to read some feedback o3o.

The graphics for Skyward Sword look good. Damn good, for the Wii.

I'm lookin forward to Zelda, too. Not so much that generic Wii game, though.

I'd buy The Last Story, and probably Xenogears and Pandora's Tower, BUT NINTENDO ISN'T GIVING THEM TO AMERICA. Europe get them. But not us. At least, so far. Despite a fairly large letter writing campaign trying to get them to.

What I'm saying: The graphics don't even matter.

I was emphasizing at the fact that a lot of Wii games are criticsized for having bad graphics, mainly because they're not HD. So, I was stressing the fact that these graphics, were indeed superb. I'm not a graphics-fag, k? I play games for gameplay NOT graphics.

TheGameNinja

Uh, yes they do. Graphics matter. Its not a matter of whether they're the best possible graphics, though. Its a matter of whether or not the game looks good. There are 8-bit games that look awesome and there are games that come out today that are hideous.

This game looks good.

Yeah, you CAN have a fun game that looks like crap. But why? You're going to be spending hours staring at this game. Wouldn't you rather it look good? So, yeah, graphics aren't as important as the game being good, but they ARE important.

Important, yes. But some people can sacrifice good graphics for amazing gameplay. Although I am a bit picky with graphics, I really don't like to see blury/pixelated images when I zoom in. But yeah, even if I do have to go on playing it with those type of graphics, I will, as long as I enjoy the overall gameplay.

And as for you Kyo, give me the cash to go there and I will. =3.

Although I will definitely be getting KRTDL, it's not a MUST GET for me. That's on my secondary list.

This, but it seems like something I'd rent. I didn't watch the entire trailer, but it seems like just a minigame collection. If it were something like Rune Factory or Animal Crossing I might be all over that thing, though.

That is immideatly what most people think it is. A mini-game collection. Actually, it's more than that. It let's you FREE-ROAM around the entire LANDSCAPE which happens to be very big, while at the same time playing a few sports & mini-games. It's not so much you get a few mini-games and that's it. It's more than that, WAAY more than that.
