Then Phoenix, then Arthur and after that, the others would be too serious to be put into this game (although Snake somehow made it through with a hell of a lot of begging.)

Funnily enough, Dante's over-the-top style would actually be pretty damn fitting. I'm just saying.

it kinda proves itself.. The fast paced slashing would be good for a rapid-A attack. Up Special, or whatever you wanna call it, could be that attack he uses to fling opponents into the air. He would be fast and agile, his attacks fast, dealing quick, light damage with little knock-back. As you can probably tell, I'm merely a casual SSB player. I don't know a hell of a lot about the game. The way he fights, with a little bit of tweaking.. would actually seem to fit in though. When you play DMC, well, that is an over-the-top game. He really doesn't seem to fit into the average fighting game, in my opinion.

The only thing that cuts his chances is his lack-of-appearence on nintendo's platforms, and the fact he is a fairly mature character. But, I never really expect him to be included anyway.

I guess they should have added him in Marvel Vs. Capcom if we wanted to see some insane combos tips and tricks form dan- OH WAIT HE IS IN A FIGHTING GAME LIKE MVC. And even his brother is in MvC. But seriously, i highly doubt that Dante would make it as a PLAYABLE character. Maybe as an Assist Trophy... :3

If megaman were to be in smash, which version? X, rockman, rockman exe, volnut?

I personally like the Megaman X series, but I feel like Rockman would be a more fitting addition to smash bros...

And by rockman I mean the original megaman

Saying megaman gets some confused...

Though if he was X, a final smash consisting of a maverick stampede would be pretty awesome...

also finally Megaman gets what he should have gotten in 2006, oh and I also want to see Arthur from Ghouls and Goblins and Dante from DMC as some bonus characters or something

He looks similar to .EXE

.EXE only had 1 game on the DS, and it weren't even focused on Megaman.EXE. It was Tag Team. Colonel and Protoman.

Starforce was a DS exclusive.
As were the XZ characters.

All the Megaman Battle Networks, and battle chip challenge were on the GBA only
