Coca-Cola bought a big part of Columbia Pictures and launched TriStar Pictures with HBO & CBS.

Now, TriStar beeing a subordinary of Columbia & Columbia beeing a subordinary of Sony with a big bought up part from Coke.

Thus, Coke owns a part of Sony.
