Some Help Finding Cards (YGO)

So I'm building an Arcana Force deck (long story...I've grown interested in tarot lately, and they're based around the Major Arcana cards so I thought it'd be cool...plus they're Light-attribute Fairy-types which are my favorite cards to play :3) and my friend is going to give me a few cards, and I found the rest online/have the rest from my Lost Sanctuary deck (it's going to cost me about $24 bucks for everything:





Yeah I'm having to buy a lot of cards...and I'm buying some duplicates of cards I already have.


But there's two I can't find for the price I really want to pay because I'm cheap as fuck.

I'm cheap so I don't really wanna go over $3 for a card.
Can anyone point me to cheap cards?  lol

On ebay, I can get the Light Ruler for little over three bucks...
but the Dark Ruler....

also, these cards are apparently rare, if that's the case I'd go for both cards you saw on ebay.

I just only have like 30 bucks at the moment.

and it's a OBO
meaning I could try and haggle it down to $5 or something.

Slight corner damage but it's not like I'm trying to preserve these and I'll be putting them in protectors anyway...should I go for it?

Well I've got about $23 worth on Ebay. Just bought $4 worth on Amazon.  I'm about to get a pack of card protectors too, if I can find some at a reasonable price
