Anyways, the only time I've ever seen peach use any magic was that floaty thing she does in super mario two, but that's just because super mario two was doki doki panic with a few swapped out sprites.

Super Princess peach featured magic to some degree (I guess) but I don't know if you would count that as canon.

She can still float in Smash Bros., so I think its safe to assume she can do it. Even if basing something off of Smash Bros. is a bit iffy. And that also confirms her ability to put people to sleep.
