I have a crush on someone - i avoid the person
I'm not sure what do to or if i did it right - i wont ask
I'm not sure where to go - i wont ask
I want to buy a game but someone else is standing there - ill go to another part of the store and randomly pick up items till the person is gone.
the bus is almost full but there are still a few seats free aside someone - i'll stand
someone corrects me about something and even if i dont agree i'll just say yes.
i'm in a store and cant find something - i wont ask, simply travel to the next store
i'm in a new class or something else with new people - i wont talk to them until they talk to me. and even them i'm still avoiding

how am i overreacting? being like this has a huge impact on my life and even RUINS it.
this is obviously not normal, infact its far away from it.

I wish I was. Then I wouldn't have to talk to people. =P
I won't even come out of my room because of my Sociaphobia. I tell my mom that I'd rather not have anyone over during my birthday because I'm afraid of being the center of all that attention. It's not a matter of getting over it, it's a matter of learning how to cope and deal with it so you can do what you need to get done. No therapist you go to is going to magically cure you and considering you're no worse off than I am I don't think you need it.
