What? Tobi PROMOTING FC's?! Blasphemy!

Well, here's how it's going to go, kids.
I'm hosting this contest to see who has the best Sonic FC. This is judged on MY opinions. So, naturally, overpowered FC's won't even be considered. I will not be judging ONLY on your artistic abilities with drawing your character, it's also how you present them to me.
On top of having to draw your character, I want a bio of them.

I would pick a winner from the two fully done submissions, but, in all honesty, both are extremely cliched and overpowered. That is -NOT- what I was looking for in this contest. You both have a chance to redo your submissions if you would like. Deadline extended.
