Probably not. It does not feature Multiplayer nor does the game require Far Cry 3.
Its a standalone single-player game that'll retail at about 15 to 20 bucks.

According to Rumour, Blood Dragon was so popular that Ubisoft might consider making this... a full franchise on its own and dropping its relation with Far Cry.

This wouldnt be the first time a spin-off would become its own thing

Actually, I'd prefer if this remained as a special once in a while kind of theme. I think the appeal would wear off if it became a franchise...
