Not a fan of it. Its one of the very few anime i actually dropped.
It was incredibly boring and reminded me of Pokémon with the... walk town to town to get... a fetch quest in each...

If I recall correctly, the anime was like that up until they meet their "Teacher". After that, the anime becomes more or less a philosophical look on "equivalent exchange".

Either way, this Shingeki no Kyojin just... introduced a element that i... saw coming and was hoping it would not do it.
But it did. Though, it did it really good. Curious how this is gonna work out though.

The sound design is amazing. This show needs to end already so i can buy it on blu-ray and boom it out on the sound system!  xD

Animation Quality is still great, though there are more of these "static shots" that are common in anime. They seem really out of place here since usually everything is really high quality. But thats just a nitpick.


In other news, Japanese Film Studio Toho (best known for Godzilla) has aquired the rights to produce a live-action movie based on "Shingeki no Kyoujin" - or "Attack on Titan". The Movie will simply be titled "Titans" and is going to be
the most expensive movie ever produced in Japan.

It wasn't so much I didn't like it, as it was I watched it at the wrong time. I wholeheartedly took that recommendation and finished it the same day hoping it was going to be another CLANNAD, and was soul crushingly dissapointed.

But now that I've calmed down, looking back on it for what it was, it's quite the entertaining watch if you're into mysteries with a bland as f*ck female protagonist.

The only thing I want you to watch is FMAB. Watch 1 episode a day if you must.

Seriously, they may be similar concepts, but the story, writing, characters, depth, pacing, EVERYTHING are soo different you can't even compare...

.Hack is leagues above SAO in every possible way shape or form, don't ever compare them again, unless you're one of those people who compares every first person view video game to Call of Duty...
