Here's Sony striking back with Gran Turismo 6

• 500,000 In-Game Credits (£3.99/€4.99)
• 1 Million In-Game Credits (£7.99/€9.99)
• 2,500,000 In-Game Credits (£15.99/€19.99)
• 7 Million In-Game Credits (£39.99/€49.99)

A Jaguar XJ13 costs 20mil credits.

You can grind for it in traditional Gran Turismo fashion or you can buy it straight away if you drop £119.95 - that's the total you pay for two packs of 7m credits, two packs of 2.5m credits and one pack of 1m credits.

Oh, you can't start anything with british pounds? Let me make this clear for you.

That's 195.79 United States Dollars.

I've actually grown to be cool with microtransactions in my $60 games... as long as
1).Whatever I can buy with real money, isn't a grind to achieve in-game
2).No pay to win. I shouldn't be able to just essentially "win the game" by dropping a few dollars.
OR ELSE!

Like, I dont mind it either if it isnt in my face or changes the gameplay.

But dude
We're talking about a $200 Dollar 'Microtransaction' here.

Well if they think a video game is worth $200 then  by all means, support the devs...

I would argue that there are better ways to support devs without accidentally turning them into money grubbing whores, but y'know...
