I have no clue what is going to hapen to main stream consoles in the future. If you are actualy reading this  has far has I have heard the next Nintendo console is in a project stage like 0.2.01 and it is being called somthing like "Code Name: Turbine" and the original project title was somthing like fireball (sorry but I have no way to actualy prove this). BTW: I own a SEGA Vision, it is a pmp (portiable media player). The Vision is not for gaming, its for multi-media apps. There is a more detaild discuson of this item some where on this forum. I love my Vision. ;D

Actually this is true! Well most of it. It's already confirmed by IGN. Wii and XBox360 only having 5 year life cycle. For PS3 it will be having a 10 year life cycle. v99.9% True..... Atleast that's what i heard.

Anyway the Nintendo one is very wrong. I saw the names and Nintendo really is already making another next gen conole...Its either:

Wii2

or...

Nintendo Go! or something like that....(acording to my cousin Go means 5 in japanese. I think it was the Wii's beta name though...)

Not very likely.
If the Wii and 360 have a five year life span, then they are soon going to pop out something better than the PS3. Five more years down the road without a new console, Sony won't stand a chance.
As for IGN confirming names, don't believe them.
These are the same people who are biased against almost anything that isn't Mario, Shooting, or Porn, and also the same people who gave us the best Zelda Movie trailer we had ever seen, only to tell us it's an April Fool's joke.

Nintendo IS making a new Console in Background. But all the names are rumours.

Nintendo wont have a Console with Numbers on it. It will hava a New Name.

And Wii's BETA Name was Evolution. -_-'       

And Nintendo Go! C'mon. Famicon, N64, Gamecube, Wii, DS...you really think they would come up with "Nintendo GO!" ? Seriosouly? Also. that would just ripp-pff PSPGo.

Correction. The Wii's production name was the Revolution, not Evolution.
Just like the Dreamcast's was Katana.
Also, the Nintendo Go was a fake system (specifically, a VR helmet) made by a Spanish man for a Gaming Expo as a joke.
Shigiru Myamoto himself saw the GO and called it "an interesting concept".
