Sooo, Budokai Tenkaichi 3 with one more button?

I've never played BT3. From the gameplay though I'd say it's like Battle of Z until you lock on to an opponent and then it turns into your standard DBZ fighting game. As for the comparison to Budokai maybe he's referring to how skills worked in that game? I miss buying Dino Caps and trading them with friends.
