Right click > Save Image
Repeat for 1000 pages

Alternatively there's maybe this.

I recommend downloading Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer from Manga Park since most other sites have missing chapters/pages.

I already have that downloaded, as I said.

If you want to ever download/read manga volumes on your phone I have an app I can give you. To my knowledge, it's only on Android though.

Yeah, yeah it does.

That said, that Manga Downloading program is pretty useless. It doesnt even download anything, and it's utterly broken.
