Well, if I wanna move somewhere, my biggest concerns are the distance from the residential area to the nearest plaza, state of public transportation, and bill rates, as in, what bills do you have to pay for and how much.

I can't think of a single place in Illinois that isn't a block away from a business district. We seriously have three malls within' a 10 minute drive from our house.

As for bills you'd have to ask my mom.

Wait, you're talking actual houses? Not apartment complexes?

Yes, actual trains. We used to have railroad museums where you could ride them for free but I'm not sure if they're still around.

And yes, I'm talking about houses, though we have these weird things where there's essentially two houses in one. I think they're called town houses? Basically there are two floors that can be accessed from the outside of each house and (IIRC) a family lives on each one. So kind of like apartments, but with the benefit of having front and back yards.

As far as actual apartments go there are a ton around, but most of them are in the actual business districts.
