Well, prisons have to get their financing from somewhere, maintenance and all that.

But if the money is coming from companies and not the government itself(taxes n' shit) then situation must be pretty dire.

Global warming is gonna happen regardless as the Earth naturally releases gases that destroy the Ozone layer, we're just speeding up the process.
