And by Best Member,I mean a member of this site who has followed the rules,never/rarely spams,is fair and just,always looks at both sides of the story,does his research b4 doing an arguement,never bashes someone for one mistake,is difficult to change their ways/opinions/how they think,is calm in almost all situations,respected,knows when it is time to be serious and also knows when its time to fool around and joke about,has a sense of humour and treats others with respect
