It is called "Dark-Spine Sonic"...here is a clip to explain it...SPOILER ALERT, it took me a while to figure the name out!

It's kinda like asking, "Which is better? Chocolate Ice Cream or Chocolate Brownies?"
I think that they are equally powerful, but in different ways.

I know my wording sucks, but I does seem OK...the real question should be "Which is better, The 7 Secret Rings or The 7 Chaos Emeralds?" but that question evaded my mind when I made the topic.
