Windows 10 is ugly, so I tried to make it look like XP.

What version of Windows 10 are you running, and what programs are you using to theme it like that? I'm currently on 1909 myself.

I have the same version.
First I used Open Shell to change the start menu to look like Win XP. Then I downloaded textures for the taskbar from here and the Start button from this thread(although you might find others online to better fit you resolution and scale) and installed them with the same program.
For the windows I used UltraUX Theme Patcher and downloaded these themes(I used the ones for 14393, as they still work on newer versions).
