I'm making a Sonic Flash game. Can you send me some Sprite Sheets of Sonic doing a homing attack? 

you could use the sonic ball mode and target it at opponent so like

sonic is infront of target, he jumps and turns into the ball mode thingy, then double jump he targets the ball at the opponent. easy but if thats not what u want, explain more how is the homing attack u want like

Like that but when doing the homing attack, blue aura is around him. 

Oh, now thats an SFX. thats not a sprite so i dont have . But
heres another thing, just copy the same animation 5 times or so and make the transparency diffrent, tada
