These are all three like two years old, and made under my old internet alias, Lynn.
I used to manage a Neopets/Anime graphic site, but it's long since gone and dead, but thankfully, the layout previews managed to stay.  I hope the downloads for them did too, because I'd like to revise some of these, and use these templates to make more.  ^^;;
EDIT:  nope, they didn't but it won't take long to remake the download packs.  =3

If anyone's interested in making a site layout, feel free to use to coding for them, all you have to do is change the images.  :3
All you have to do is right click, and select "view source" or something like that until I remake the download packs.  ^^
