I mean that you could catch both Lugia and Ho-oh in either Gold or Silver.
It just changed the level that they were at.
In Gold, Ho-oh was Lvl 70 while Lugia was Lvl 40.
In Silver, Lugia was Lvl 70 while Ho-oh was lvl 40.

2. when Lugia curls up they said it represents ur soul or something like that, can't remember...

Cool you can catch the three dogs, the three legendarys from Sinnoh (only pick one, cos Arceus can make only one), Kyorgre, Groudon, Rayquaza ooooooo
without migrating them too (excet from Arcues, migrate him to get ONE of the sinnoh poekeemans).

I had to fight Ho-oh about 10 times before I could catch him.
4 of those I ran out of Pokeballs,
3 of those I killed it.
2 of those he killed me.
