Actually... some have posted easy bosses from other games other than Sonic.

i dunno if you count him as a boss but the easyest boss in SADX by far is Delta

It's pretty easy if you can get past the annoying attacks.

Easiest Sonic Adventure boss...the Knuckles and Sonic confrontation! That can be finished faster than Chaos 0 within 8 seconds with Knuckles and Sonic saying "Oh No!".
