I was really hoping they do what they did with the Wii Fit Trainer and give every announced character their own CGI trailer and tag line, but oh well.

I could've sworn they would've used Reach for the Stars as the trailer music, guess people really love Sonic Heroes.

I'd actually be really dissapointed.

Then again, this might be true.
The last time there was 'huge special announcement' from Nintendo it was the Wii Fit Trainer.
When I hear 'huge special announcement' I think of a game... not a playable character.

Rumors are going around that this game will be out in Spring of 2014. Part of me is ecstatic to hear that while the other part is horrified that they aren't taking more time with it.
