No way, man. The D-Pad is so low that it's impossible to get a comfortable grip of the 3DS while using it. I think my hands would fall off if I played Smash with the D-Pad.

But I have to disagree. I've been playig DoA Dimensions and SSF4 witht he D-Pad on 3DS, and it works well.

That's only because the Dualshock 3 and 360 dpads are fucking horrible atrocious pieces of plastic.

Nintendo kept their D-Pad, and Microsoft fixed their D-Pad to be like Nintendo's now as well.

Now it's only Sony with a bullshit dpad.

Even the fucking Ouya fixed their dpad.
