So I go on PSN and there is not Kat DLC.

Sony sucks at promises when it comes to DLC. Some games are still waiting for them to release DLC that should have been released 2 years ago.

Examples? I'm not familiar with Sony's DLC policies...just Media Molecule's, Arc Systems' and Capcom's.

The Behemoth made DLC for their Castle Crashers game two years ago and Sony has yet to release them.

i have a friend who has a game and he thought that the DLC was coming out this year in january but it was last year so thats why sony sucks on DLC but what i dont understand is Xbox gets certain DLC first before the fucken ps3

Before you even start your prejudice, the distributors of DLC on PS3/Vita is Sony themselves. So if you want to bitch at someone, bitch at Sony.
