I finished the Sudoku puzzle in about... six minutes. I can't remember how long they had. *shrugs*

I think it was around a minute that they should have had... but could you imagine if it was a real life situation... the only way to save someone you know is to solve a sudoku puzzle in a minute... under intense heat? I know I would fail on that badly

Those two words.. Epiphany and Danger was it? Given he was in intense life or death danger maybe that's what drove him. A minute, maybe much, but I suppose it makes some sort of twisted sense,

This would never be a problem if they taught Sudoku to schoolchildren.

Elija2

Well they're called visual novels for a reason.

But 999 is more like a game than most VNs.

Hakudamashi

Just because you click more stuff than the standard "Would you like to say _________ or __________"

"Just because"? That's kinda silly. There are actual game elements in 999.

I don't see people calling Phoenix Wright a book, and in that game you "just click more stuff".

Hakudamashi

I call Phoenix Wright a book...
The whole point n' click genre to me are like books where you have control over what happens
